Tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain

Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They provide economic exposure to an underlying security; they do not confer legal or beneficial rights in or against the company issuing that underlying security. Eligibility, acquisition and redemption terms depend on the issuer. Review Robinhood's current issuer documentation and restrictions. Permissionless pool creation does not change those terms.

Identify the actual asset

A ticker, company name or logo can be copied. The issuer's registry gives the contract for each asset and chain. Goo's verified asset catalogue matches those addresses to ERC-20 name, symbol and decimals at a stated block. A permissionless launch using a stock ticker is not thereby that stock token.

Onchain trading and issuer operations

A pool can exchange existing token inventory when a route can fill. That is distinct from the issuer's minting and redemption operations. Robinhood documents a tokenization window and per-asset trading capabilities. Around closed underlying markets or thin liquidity, a quoted onchain price may differ from an underlying-market reference. An oracle observation is not an executable swap quote.

Token amounts and underlying shares

Robinhood documents a shares-per-token multiplier for corporate actions. Raw ERC-20 amounts and adjusted underlying-share quantities are different units. Our quote API reports raw token amounts and decimals; it does not label them as company shares. See the issuer's multiplier documentation before comparing quantities across formats.

Do I own company shares?

Robinhood describes these tokens as debt securities providing economic exposure, without the underlying issuer rights described in its terms. A company ticker does not create voting rights or direct ownership of that company's shares.

Where do I verify a contract?

Use Goo's verified catalogue and the linked issuer registry. Inspect the full address and network, then the trade flow and route costs. The exchange remains permissionless for other supported assets.
